Our client is a global leader in what they do, they help organizations around the world celebrate achievements and inspire people. Having just celebrated their 60 year anniversary, something they are very proud of and rightly so, they are now looking for a Team Leader to join their London offices. They have another 5 offices globally!


You will be expected to have 7-10 years' experience within an account management position and at least 2 years leading a team. You will be responsible for a team of 5 account managers working with clients who sit within the financial services industry as our client provides recognition products to large financial institutions. 


Your duties:

  • Support the growth of a team with a focus on engagement
  • Point of contact for clients- assist in resolving any issues
  • Act as a key support to help answers questions related to the AM process which includes art, production, shipping and vendor relations
  • Flexible hard working approach to encourage the team surrounding you
  • Communication effectively and collaboratively with team leaders in Canada office
  • Your focus will be growing the team metrics- closing ratio, sales, CGP, NPS and Engagement Survey


Coaching:

  • Delivery of tasks to demonstrate commitment to company values
  • Coordinate training to your team and new employers
  • Promote continuous improvement with team members through the Lean Board
  • Demonstrate drive, determination and enthusiasm

Experience:

  • Degree education - desirable Masters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 2-3 years leading a team
  • 7-8 years in an operational position ideally in the financial service industry
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
